Terms and Conditions

 

1. Definitions

  • "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity seeking web design services from Sale It Tech Print
     
  • “Sale It Tech Print," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the web design company providing services to the client.
     

2. Services

  • Sale It Tech Print agrees to provide web design and development services as described in the project proposal or statement of work (SOW).
     
  • All services provided by Sale It Tech Print Developers are subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
     

3. Payment

  • Payment terms and conditions will be detailed in the project proposal or SOW.
     
  • Sale It Tech Print may require a deposit or initial payment before commencing work on a project.
     
  • Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
     

4. Project Timeline

  • Sale It Tech Print will provide an estimated timeline for the project based on the project proposal or SOW.
     
  • Project delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, client feedback, or other factors, and Sale It Tech Print will not be held responsible for such delays.
     

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, content, and information needed for the project within agreed-upon timelines.
     
  • The client will designate a point of contact for the project and provide timely feedback and approvals.
     

6. Revisions and Change Orders

  • The client may request revisions to the design or scope of work. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be considered a change order and may result in additional charges and extended project timelines.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • Upon final payment, the client will own the final design and source files related to the project, unless otherwise specified in the project proposal or SOW.
     
  • Sale It Tech Print retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio and marketing materials.
     

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches these terms and conditions.
     
  • In the event of termination, Sale It Tech Print will invoice the client for work completed up to the termination date.
     

9. Liability

  • Sale It Tech Print will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the project.

10. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep all project-related information and materials confidential.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Sale IT Tech Print reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions. Any updates will be communicated to the client in writing.

By engaging in a project Sale It Tech Print acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
